I am Blessed!!!

We have been able to enjoy being a Family here in Georgia!!!
The kids really love it in the woods behind our house.
They love the trails, bridges, creeks, and tire swing!
I LOVE the Family Time... and the HAMMOCK!!!

I love my family!!!

I am so thankful for the Gospel in my life.
I love my Savior, Jesus Christ and I'm very grateful for his atonement.
I am thankful that we have a Prophet to lead and guide us.
I am thankful for good parents...
Who taught me and my husband the importance of
the Temple and the Family.
I am thankful for a wonderful husband and 3 great kids.

I am Blessed!!!

Halloween!!!

Well... This year was all about Vampires and Pirates!!!
Hyrum loves Pirates and Layton loves Hyrum...
So, They were both Pirates.
And Kayli... Well, She loves Edward Cullen!!!
Need I say more???

It was really pretty outside before we went Trick or Treating.
The kids played and let me take some pictures!

And then as we were leaving... The Rains Came A Tumbling Down!!!
But when it comes to candy, It really doesn't matter... Rain or Shine!!!

Our Home in Georgia!!!

So... Here is our little house in Mount Airy, Georgia!!!
It is beautiful here, just like in Tennessee!

These are the woods behind our house.
There are lots of Springs, Creeks, and Bridges.
Our neighbors, who are 79 & 80 years young, keep it looking beautiful and clean!
The kids love it here.

Family Home Evenings!!!

So, for the last 3 weeks...
I have actually taken a few pictures of our FHE Activities.

1.
This FHE Lesson was on the Prophets and why we need them.
Then our Activity was decorating our
FirePlace for Halloween.
The kids love to decorate for any occasion but especially when it's a little SPOOKY!!!

2.
Because of Kayli's EXCELLENT Report Card...
We did our FHE Lesson in the van on our way to FUNOPOLIS!
We talked about what 'CTR' means...
And how the kids can be 'Good Examples' to their friends and family.
We then enjoyed a few hours of fun at FUNOPOLIS for the Activity!!!
Arcade Games... Rock Climbing Wall... Bumper Cars... Laser Tag... Inflatables... and more.
We all had a Blast!!!

3.
This weeks Family Home Evening...
We taught the kids about being prepared.
We talked about and walked them through some examples.
What do you do if... Mom passes out and won't wake back up???
What do you do if ... You wake up to smoke in your bedroom???
What do you do if... You get lost from Mom at the store???
What do you do if... You're outside and someone ask you to come see their dog in the car,
or offers you some candy in their car,
or wants to give you a toy or a ball that's in their car???
Kayli answered really good with what she would do.
And then, there is Hyrum... All of his answers had to do with putting on his 'CAPE'
and jumping or flying to the rescue!!!
It was definitely a much needed FHE Lesson.

And then... thanks to the new Mr. Pumpkin Head Kits,
We decorated pumpkins without sharp knives and the big mess!!!
The kids loved it! They got to change their faces over, and over, and over!
It was so much fun!!!

Rainy Days!!!

Well, There is nothing very fun when it's rainy and cold...
especially when it's your entire Fall Break!!!
But we made the best of things, cooking chili and desserts... And eating way too much!

On one of those miserable days, we loaded up and headed for the closest McDonalds
to meet up with some Friends.
We all had a good time... The kids played for hours and us ladies sat around and chatted!!!
And yes that's right... HOURS!!!
There was definitely no husbands around... They would have gone NUTS and
drove us CRAZY while going NUTS!

But none the less...
Here are some pictures of some of the kids!
They had a Blast!!!
And, well... so did I!
